24th February, Therapists Open Day
Prior to opening the RRWC, we had a therapist open day. It was a great success and we had therapists in and out throughout the whole day!

8th March, Mayoral Opening
On the 8th March, we had the official opening of the Centre, kindly conducted by the Mayor of Caerphilly, Councillor Allen Williams. Also at the opening was the Mayoress, Deputy Mayor, Deputy Mayoress and several Counillors and their family and friends.
The day was a huge success and we were able to take lots of very good photographs!
We will be advertising the official opening with pictures and the Centre in the April issue of Local View

14th JUNE - PEACE, HEALTH & TRANQUILITY DAY
We held our first PHT Day on the 14th and had a really successful day. We had therapists offering taster sessions in aromatherapy, indian head massage, reflexology, massage, metamorphic technique and auricular acupuncture. During the day we collected charitable donations for the Joshua Foundation. We were delighted that Carla Burrows, Caerphilly's own Miss Wales hopeful was able to join us and support us in raising money. In total we raised £99.14 for the charity!

I visited the Centre on Saturday to checkout the facilities and have a nose around!
I'm sure you'll be just as surprised as me to find a professionally created environment where wellbeing is top of the agenda - well worth a visit.
Guys need not worry about visiting too - the centre is unisex and far removed from a beauty parlour!!
I'm going back to try out a full body massage for an old sports injury. I'll keep you updated....
