Well, maybe I'm biased, since my husband and I own the Centre, but I really enjoy working there. It's such a lovely atmosphere and every time I go in there, I just feel so proud at what we've already achieved in such a relatively short space of time!

We had our second Open Centre Wellbeing Evening on Wednesday of this week. It was a good chance for some of our therapists to meet each other and share some good ideas about marketing and promotion. There's definitely a feeling that by marketing ourselves at the Centre, we will be marketing each other!

Had my first session in the Centre today, with a Hypnotherapy client, and really enjoyed being there. The atmosphere and feel of the place is really welcoming, and the surroundings are really relaxing. Looking forward to many more sessions there!

I have already given quite a few massage sessions at the centre since it opened. I much prefer it to working from home; it's professional yet welcoming, quiet but conveniently situated in the town centre, and has such an uplifting atmosphere that I enjoy just vegging in there even when I don't need to come in for clients!

I am new and will be offering Pranayama Therapy here at Red Raven. I have had many successful clients where we have tackled asthma, insomnia, stress, digestive problems, low energy levels, low and high blood pressure and had remarkable results with M.E. Pranayama can help most ailments especially many of the problems attributed to women including menstrual discomfort and problems with fertility. Pranayama therapy is all about accessing the breath and the 18 different parts of the lungs we should breathe into but generally don't as few use more than 10% of their lung capacity and breathe shallowly. This has a drastic effect on the health of our body so if we learn to use our lungs correctly we can correct any problems whilst preventing any others.

Hello all, sut mae?
I just wanted to introduce myself as I'll be starting to work from the wellbeing centre in July. I offer a range of therapies including reflexology, reiki, massage and indian head massage. Soon I'll be adding hot stone massage and naturopathy to that list.
I love working as a therapist as I find working with people and helping them to optimise their health and wellbeing so rewarding.
I'm looking forward to meeting you and working with you all!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable two days training at Red Raven Wellbeing Centre. The Centre is an absolute credit to Nia and her husband. The amenities and training area were very comfortable and we were able to offer training in a relaxed yet professional space which enhanced the training. Well done to both of you. The Centre is a credit to you both - we will certainly be back !
